PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL
The Council assists the pastor by serving as the unifying and coordinating structure for all aspects of parish life. The Pastoral Council has the specific task of reexamining the mission of the parish by assessing programs. They establish policies and programs affecting parish life in collaboration with the Council of Ministries and create new and alternative possibilities for realizing the parish mission and vision.

COUNCIL OF MINISTRIES
The Council of Ministries coordinates and gives pastoral direction to all the pastoral activities and ministries in the parish.

Service

CALENDAR COORDINATION
In a parish our size, it is important to coordinate the many activities and the use of the facilities through a master calendar which is kept in the rectory office. All parish-related activities that are held in any of the buildings at Holy Saviour are kept on the master parish calendar. Building request forms must be completed and submitted to the office before an event may be added to the calendar.

COMMUNICATIONS/NEWSLETTER
The mission of the Communications/Newsletter Ministry is to keep the parish informed of various activities. This includes preparing the quarterly parish newsletter.

HOSPITALITY MINISTRY
The mission of the Hospitality Ministry is to provide parishioners with an opportunity to get together to share coffee and donuts and conversation. Coffee and Donuts are usually scheduled on the third Sunday of the month.
